WARRANTY and LIABILITY
LIMITED WARRANTY: All hardware products manufactured and sold by HK Lighting Group Inc. are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five (5) years.
• All HK LED lamp modules have their own warranty term: 50,000 hours over five (5) years – from date of purchase.
• Hatch, Tridonic, ERP LED drivers: Five (5) years from date of purchase.
• All other components from supplying manufacturers of, but not limited to, Lamps, LED lamps and modules, Ballasts, Drivers, and Transformers carry the warranty of the parts as provided by their manufacturers.
HK Lighting Group Inc. shall not be liable for any labor, equipment rentals, or transportation costs, if not submitted and approved by HK Lighting Group Inc. prior to the submission of a back charge invoice.
This warranty does not apply to HK LIGHTING GROUP INC. lighting fixtures that have been altered or have been subjected to neglect, abuse, misuse, or accident including, but not limited to, improper installation or operation, power surges, or overheating due to external conditions or lack of proper maintenance.
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflicts of laws.
